Edward James Olmos is amongst a passel of celebrities expected to appear in an authorized documentary of science fiction literary icon Ray Bradbury.

The celebrated "Fahrenheit 451" author died on June 5. He adapted his story "The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit" for a feature film in 1998, which starred Mr. Olmos, Joe Mantegna, Clifton Collins Jr., Gregory Sierra, and Esai Morales.

Mantegna will produce and narrate the 90-minute film, which will be directed and co-produced by Michael O’Kelly. Other stars who are expected to make an appearance in the documentary are Dennis Franz, Malcolm McDowell, Hugh Hefner, Jean-Michel Cousteau and the late Roy Disney. The documentary is scheduled for a December release, with the possibility of a four-hour TV miniseries to follow.
