Bodie Olmos will compete in the 25th annual Nautica Malibu Triathlon tomorrow in The Classic Distance event.

The event participants and organizers have set a goal to raise $1,000,000 for the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and pediatric cancer research. If you'd like to donate, click here.

The Nautica Malibu Triathlon will be Olmos' ninth athletic competition this year, which began with an inspirational finish in the L.A. Marathon, his first.

Here's Bodie's 2011 ironman resume:

  • Santa Barbara Triathlon: 23rd overall, 7th in age group
  • USA Triathlon Nationals: 205th overall, 39th in age group
  • Strawberry Fields Olympic Distance Triathlon: 16th overall, 2nd in age group
  • Dina LaVigna Breath of Life Triathlon: 27th overall, 26th age group
  • Redondo Beach Triathlon: 14th overall, 3rd in age group
  • Death Ride: a 129-mile bike race through the California Alps
  • Ojai Hammerhead Century: biked 127 miles in just over 8 hours
  • L.A. Marathon: finishing time of 3:23:11
